Ellsworth Gallery and Residence

Our client came to us with a dream of opening a gallery and an office for their businesses, plus a residence for themselves. This project took an existing retail building on Ellsworth Avenue in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh to satisfy all of the desired functions. The end result included a one story gallery, a studio below the gallery accessed from the sloping site, and a second floor two-bedroom, one and half-bath apartment, with a motor court.
